The kitchen allows guests to cook together as if you were in your own home and has been fully stocked to anticipate any of your needs. The living room boasts a large 60 inch TV and comfortable seating to kick back and relax on your trip. From the brand new furnishings, kids amenities, large entertaining spaces, outdoor chill area, comfortable beds, prime location, and detailed stocking our home couldn't be more family-friendly! When you drive into the property you will understand the proximity to the water. When in our home, you can see the water through the windows and can feel the breeze immediately. We are located directly on the water so please be careful with any kiddos getting near the waters edge outside of our fully fenced in waterfront yard! Can we cook at the house? BBQ outside? Absolutely! The kitchen is fully equipped with your standard plates, bowls, utensils, wine glasses, cups, pots, pans, and much more. All appliances are ready to be used! We have a BBQ grill to enjoy in our outdoor deck area. Propane and backup tanks will be provided. In the kitchen, you will also find a toaster, microwave, and coffee maker complete with ground coffee! Is it suitable for children? We have had several families and friends stay at our home. With the private property, there is room for outdoor activities for the kids. As with all houses situated near a street and lake please always be cautious of the kiddos getting near the road and water and please provide ample supervision. The interior of the home has open spaces for the children to play and make themselves at home. Please be extra considerate of the lake and do not climb down the cliff to access the water. Are there any games or other activities at the house? You bet! We have board games (our personal favorites), yard games, and more. What about outside? Is there ample seating? Yes, we have you covered! We have a beautiful patio set with comfy cushions for you to kick back and relax. We also have a table for your family's outdoor enjoyment and a chairs set around a fire pit in the backyard! What about the TV/Movie situation? Great news, all of our TVs are “Smart TVs” which allow you to access Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, or whatever networks you are subscribed to! Are pets allowed? Yes, we do allow pets under certain restrictions! We are proud owners of two rescue puppies ourselves and understand the desire to have your furbabies on vacation with you. Please mention that you would like to bring a pet with you before booking to answer a few brief questions to see if your particular pet fits our requirements. Any dogs must be leashed at all times outside and cleaned up immediately. There is a $75 pet cleaning fee and additional fees may apply for any damages or pet rules broken. This home puts you on a quiet street, just outside of the busy city area, while keeping you close to important vacation amenities. Although the home doesn’t have direct lake access, there are plenty of access points near by for swimming, fishing and getting some sun! Any evidence of smoke in the home after check out will be subject to a $300 fine and any guests found to be partaking in illegal drug use while still inhabiting the home will be removed immediately, no refund will be issued and possible legal ramifications will ensue \-Please be extremely careful with starting a fire in the outdoor kitchen fireplace. With a bathroom on each floor and multiple living spaces, there was plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive. The backyard and lake views are incredible and we had multiple bald eagle sightings! We are grateful for this awesome location to celebrate Mom and Dad’s 50th anniversary with all their kids and grandkids! ##### Julia F. Kitchen is challenging to navigate with multiple parents getting children’s food and not enough seating for all guests to eat unless divided between indoors and outdoors. Water issue with tub running was resolved within a day, though was frustrating to listen to running water run all night until we figured out where the water shutoff was. View is beautiful, we enjoyed watching the sunset. ##### Tia V. We had a wonderful stay here; house was the perfect size and layout for our family of 6\. Plenty of rooms, and space to hangout. Views of the lake are wonderful, especially the sunsets! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The communication from Troy and Kait and (Deanna) was exceptional, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself is gorgeous, and the location is perfect for exploring all the local attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! It was peaceful, quiet, and lovely. It was easy to find everything throughout the home and they had everything! The beds and furniture were very comfortable. A lot of thoughtfulness is demonstrated by the host by the way they set up everything as well as the manner in which they respond quickly. The hosts were very accessible and easy to communicate with. There is no water access, but that is the only downfall. Boat launches are close by as well as Presque Isle and Waldameer.
