Stayed 3 days. Cost was low. Breakfast was extremely limited. Had to ask for towels and wash cloths. Lawn around building needed mowed bad. Water was out the morning we left. No carpet was nice but floors needed swept bad. Shower water pressure was very high and it was difficult to turn it off. Some mildew forming in bathroom.

I often book cheap hotels as a broke college student; this was the worst cheap stay I've had. My main issue was cleanliness or lack thereof. The hallways and room itself had grody floors, I didn't want to touch anything, including in my room. The pillows were very small and barely had sustenance to them. My stay was during the winter, and there was ice along the curb leading to the entrance, it was a hazard to walk around and get things out of the car. Overall it was simply unkept. I will say, I believe there was construction going on, but that isn't an excuse, they could've at least cleaned the room itself properly or cleared the ice in the front.

No shower curtains, no toilet paper, broken furniture, broken security latch on the door and clearly kicked in before... Honestly it was a terrifying room and I will never stay at a days inn ever again. Truly disgusting and unsafe. Walls were also thin as paper and you could hear everything inside and outside the building. Crazy.

Only complaints were that at 9PM someone was vacuuming outside the area (or something that SOUNDED like that), and the back side of the facility has some deep potholes. (I'm a newer driver, so I'm not used to dodging them just yet.) Staff was very polite & accommodating. Needed extra towels and pillows, staff was quick and friendly with the delivery!

First room had ants (not a couple ants, either). They were nice enough to move us for the 2nd night, but felt the need to mention the ants. Beds had 2 pillows and they were small square pillows. TV is google tv, so you can’t watch normal shows (we wanted to watch March madness bball, but couldn’t) and it’s difficult to navigate. Bathrooms were dirty. Outside doors never locked. Didn’t feel UNSAFE, but wouldn’t liked it if they locked after hours. Coffee was available 24 hours, but it’s not very good.

We have stayed at this motel numerous times as my husband has had quite a few medical appts and seeing how we live 70 miles away from Erie… it has become a home away from home…at times…we feel very comfortable…safety wise when the situation has arises that my husband becomes an inpatient and I have to be there alone… the staff is friendly and very accommodating with my husbands limitations and needs…the weekday breakfasts are sufficient with instant oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, donuts, cereal bars, yogurts, and juices but the weekend hot breakfasts are served in the dining room and are absolutely delicious and I can actually say much tastier than we have had at even higher ended hotels…

The lobby was beautiful,so we were surprised when we saw the room. The chair in the room was discussting. A dumpster is too good for it.The counter in the bathroom was extremely low,so we had to bend way over to use. Toilet seat was held on by one bolt,so slid all over when seating. We had to drive to the breakfast area in the winter. Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves for having their name associated with this property! We won't stay here again!

Planned a valentines weekend in Erie and chose this hotel to stay at. When we arrived we knew it was a mistake. The photos made it seem somewhat decent but that was not the case. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly which was great .. but when we got to the room I was absolutely disgusting. There was boogers on the wall, visible scum in the bathtub, the protective cover of the mattress had what looked like dry blood on it, the blankets and sheets were dirty with big stains on them and the green chair in the room was so dirty it had a fingernail on it and also an unknown white crusty substance. YUCK. Didn’t feel comfortable staying there so we asked for a refund within 10 minutes of checking in and we were told we had to go through Expedia … talked with Expedia and they told us they were going to reach out to the hotel managers but never heard anything back. Expedia talked with them for a couple days and the manager refused a refund .. I understand we didn’t pay much for the hotel and we weren’t expecting an extravagant hotel but this was honestly a health code violation.

The changes that have been made here are definitely noticeable! Hot breakfast was great as well. I ended up having to check out a day early, and the manager was great to work with me. The only issue I really had was with the neighboring rooms where I was. When it was the Econolodge I’d always had 1st floor rooms, this time was a second floor room. The hallway was very loud at night until around 11 or midnight, but easy enough to deal with. The real issue I had, was whoever was in the room beside me was a very heavy weed smoker which kept coming into my room via the bathroom vent. It was almost unbearable a few times as it’s not something I’m use to.
