It is on a main street, so there was some street noise, but Erie is not a big city and this house is in a nice neighborhood. Romolo's Chocolates and Pressed Coffee and Books are within walking distance. Casablanca Grill, a hidden gem with amazing Middle Eastern food made from scratch, is just down the road. The house was clean and neat, centrally located, and perfect for a little getaway! ##### Diane B. The house was clean, and beds comfortable. The neighborhood was great for our walks. Only a few blocks from the lake. We were traveling to Erie for the 1st time with our 4 grandchildren ages 6-11 to go to Presque Isle and Waldameer Park. Everything was right there!! We did our meals at the property and there were plenty of plates, dishes, silverware and everything we needed to cook. The kitchen and dining area, while small had everything we needed to keep 4 kids happy!! One of the best parts of the property was the room on the 3rd floor with the 2 twin beds. This provided space for the big kids to get away and feel like they had room away from the little kids. We found the beds to be exceptionally comfortable. Overall, the home, which is part of a duplex, has a very chic, comfortable retro feel. We totally enjoyed ourselves and hope to return next year. ##### Susan L.
