Large terrace, grounds and courtyard. Private parking for 1 car. Storage room for sports equipment. Superb contemporary style villa in the countryside of Aix. Quiet residential hamlet. Pleasant rural setting. Good comfort. Warm. Beautiful volume of the living room. Large exposed terrace of 21 m². Magnificent garden carefully landscaped and flowered. Unobstructed view of the massif. Gite located 10km from Aix les Bains and 25km from Annecy. In the heart of the Albanais countryside, a hilly region halfway between Lake Annecy and Lake Bourget (the largest natural lake in France). Magnificent walks and hikes in the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park. Close to many water, fun and outdoor activities. Aix les Bains thermal baths. Mountain bike trails and bike rides in the middle of this gentle mountain or along the Bourget lake path. Privileged location to radiate like a star and visit the region: Chambéry and Annecy, cities of "Art and History", Chamonix. An ideal stay for spa guests between lake and mountain!
