It features 11 ft ceilings, original exposed stone wall in the bedroom, real wood floors, tiled bathroom, quartz countertops, locally handmade tableware, and AC. Central location with multiple restaurants within walking distance and only minutes away from Joseph and Wallowa Lake. Todd & Andy McKee, The McKee Brothers, own and operate the Litch Hotel which is part of Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals. They both live in Wallowa County, near Enterprise and are available to assist in person if a need arises. The historic Litch Hotel is located on the corner of Main Street and River Street in Downtown Enterprise. Enterprise is generally quieter and slower paced than its more famous neighbor Joseph. Many guests that stay at the Litch Hotel have noted their appreciation for this feature of the location. Joseph is a short 10 minute drive away making it a convenient access point to the many outdoor adventures that our guests plan to enjoy during their visit to Wallowa County and the Eagle Caps. Back in the day, the Litch Hotel had 11 apartments and just one bathroom on the 2nd floor (can you imagine?! 😅), but don’t worry — times have definitely changed! Now, you’ll have your very own private bathroom and kitchen, so no awkward run-ins while you’re making that midnight snack 🍕. UNIT DETAILS & POLICIES 🔊NOISE CONSIDERATIONS: The Litch hotel is old and wasn’t built with modern soundproofing. You will hear sounds from adjacent units, whether above, below, or next door, as well as footsteps and movement on the stairs and in the hallways. The Litch is designed for families, couples, and friends looking for a comfortable and fun place to relax after enjoying all that Wallowa County has to offer. However, if you’re looking for a place to have a bachelor party or kegger, this isn’t the right venue. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where all guests can enjoy their stay without excessive noise from others. Most guests are consciousness which allows everyone to have a great time. Occasionally a loud knucklehead will stay next door. We ask all guests to be mindful of the noise they make especially during stated quite hours so all guests can fully enjoy their time here. We can host up to 4 total: Additional guests are $30 per night Please be courteous let us know in advance if you’ll have extra guests. We don’t provide extra linens or supplies beyond the base rate, and unregistered guests may result in cancellation. 🌧️WATER DRAINAGE SOUND: Please be aware that in the bedroom of this unit, there is a drain pipe located along the corner of the wall that channels water from the roof when it rains. During rainfall, you will hear a noticeable water flow sound, similar to a sound machine. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to ambient noises, this feature may impact your experience. 🐾PETS: This is not a pet friendly condo. If you want to bring your furry friend(s), depending on availability, we are happy to transfer your reservation to one of our ground floor pet friendly units. 🔑CHECK-IN: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in options available: COMPLIMENTARY: Call after 12:30 PM on your arrival day if the unit will be ready prior to 3:00 we are happy to let you in early. GUARANTEED: Pre-arrange early check-in for $20/hour. The majority of guests love our mattresses but occasionally guests find them too firm for comfort. 📹SECURITY: We have security cameras monitoring the hallways outside of the condo. 🚶‍♂️STAIRS: Although this is a 2nd floor unit, because the height of the ceilings on the first floor are so high, the number of steps you must climb, 30, to access your unit is similar to accessing a typical 3rd floor. 🧺WASHER/DRYER: there is no washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat about 2 blocks away and you we offer a wash/fold service as well (Details available in our guidebook). 📺 TV & Streaming Info There’s a Smart TV ready for you to log in to your own apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime, or Disney+. Just a heads-up — there’s no cable or local channels. Great location for exploring the area. A lot of thought, attention to detail, and talent went into reviving this beautiful old building and creating the vacation rental units. Pete's Point is super spacious, the Decor is stunning, fun, interesting, and informative, not to mention extremely comfortable and spotless. Photos do not do this place justice. Linens, Towels, even the soap and shampoo were all high quality. I enjoyed drinking coffee and eating food using beautiful pottery handmade by a local artist. Bed was really comfortable, as well as the couch and bar stools. I was given a lot of information before arriving, and during my stay and Todd checked to make sure everything was going well shortly after I arrived, he also responded quickly to questions or concerns and he brought a fantastic heater over as soon as I let him know the heater in the main living space wasn't working. I felt like the goal of the owners was to make my stay as perfect as possible. Super easy check in and check out. After this experience I would stay at any rental these guys own and will highly recommend them to anyone who is visiting this area. ##### Cheryl B.
