Hotel décent, mais pour le prix, et au vu des photos, on aurait pu s'attendre à une vraie piscine (pas un petit bassin pouvant accueillir deux personnes) et un endroit un peu plus calme : l'hôtel est situé sur une des rues les plus passantes d'Entebe. Le roof top est très agréable, mais le service est lent (comptez une heure pour obtenir votre repas). Les chambres sont propres, relativement modernes et la connexion internet est qualitative. Le massage offert dans le prix de la chambre est un "mini massage" des pieds, ici aussi on a l'impression que les promesses ne sont pas tout à fait tenues. Localistion près du jardin botanique pratique pour la visite.

Some staff members were extremely nice, some others not so much. The breakfast fast good and the room was relatively spacious, clean and mattress was ok. The real bad point is the swimming pool, it’s over sold online and honestly it's pretty awful, in a few words it’s a bug cemetery that seems to be clean once a week… extremely disappointed. Overall, I don’t think the hotel deserves the price I pay for it, even half price would be debatable!

The place is in an exact centre spot for all a amenities. I stayed in Room 308 witch has sunshine early morning until noon with great views of Victoria lake and beyond .There are numerous households below and it was lovely sitting on the balcony in the morning with the sunrise watching the good folk go about doing their chores and day to days. Great watching the boda guys picking up the locals on their boxer type motorcycles as they made the way to work. The breakfast was classy and a great choice every morning (but charged for bottled water at breakfast BOOOOOOO)..The staff was incredibly friendly and the place was tip top clean ..All in all a lovely lovely place.

Staf in general is 5 stars, no exceptions! Dorothy is very attentive and assures one feels more than welcome, always a smile and a chat. Rooms are great, do consider the lake side for beautiful sunrises. Dining is an experience on its own, worth your while to enjoy, especially Friday nights with Mongolian Night. The rooftop bar lets you chill and relax, kick back and just be. I stayed for a week, going back in a couple of weeks to again stay here for 10 days.

have stayed here before a few times. Great location near the lake and shopping mall. Very nice staff and good food at a reasonable price. Roof bar with great views of Victoria Lake is a great selling point to the hotel. Definetely would recommend.

It's a very good option for staying around Entebbe for business. Offers all amenities needed to be able to recover from long and hard days. The food options of the roof top restaurant are sufficient from more international food, Ugandan style to Indian cucine. All staff is very, very polite and well trained in hotel service. All found very clean. Good selection of television programs to allow for everyone to chose in between films, sports and news. Breakfast is presented as buffet, always very nice presented and with good options for all tastes. What was lacking this time, internet didn't work well one one night of my stay and the second morning I had no warm water in the shower. The Yura craft beer is very tasty... Just need some adjustments in the process to develop a more stable foam.

Overall I’m happy. The free massage is only a foot massage, just FYI. The pool, sauna and steam room are clean and okay, but not on European standard, I didn’t feel comfortable using it, but if you’re not as sensitive as me that won’t be an issue and you’ll love the pool view! The rest is really pleasant - VERY clean bathrooms, probably best in uganda, really decent breakfast, spacey clean rooms, great lake view, and delicious food. Wifi is free but quite slow at times. The staff is incredibly friendly. Overall I’m very happy, though it’s not the wellness-hotel I expected.

I loved everything about this hotel...especially the staff. The staff was friendly, polite, nice and friendly. They made me feel at home and I thank them for that. The room was really nice and clean. Good restaurant with affordable price. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.
