Waterfront canal home with water edge patio and attractive upper patio w fire pit. 3 bedrooms (also bed in den) 2 baths with seawall access going out through Ainger Creek to Lemon Bay. 1.5 miles to the Bay and 3 miles total to the Gulf of Mexico. NEW, Kayaks and canoe added with gear.

There's a King, Queen & Full beds and 4th double opening couch in the den. 2 baths, laundry and full kitchen. Lanai with tables, chairs & patio with a gas grill above the water view. Englewood beach is 3.1 miles.

The WaterWay Home has a great kitchen with dishwasher and both a standard and also a Keurig coffee makers. There is good wifi and a large TV in the living room with RUKU and another available in one of the bedrooms. The large 5-6 person Jacuzzi is setup in the enclosed lanai. This is an upgrade large and powerful model and will provide relaxation for your vacation.

FOR THE BOATERS! There are 2 bridges to the Bay. One at 7.5 feet and the other at 11 feet, average. Figure 6.5 feet low and 8.5 feet high on the lower bridge and 9.5 to 12.5 feet on the higher one with tides. Its 1.1 miles to the Bay through the canals and the 2 bridges, and another 2.2 miles to Stump Pass which opens direct to the Gulf. There is free launch at Ainger Creek public launch on Placida. There is room to park a trailer in the circular driveway at the house, and parking on the side lawn, which is sand based, and is OK to use.

We want to say that there is a family of squirrels ( we have counted to 6 ) who are prior residents for this house. They make you feel like you are in a zoo as they clamber around the outside of the cage! There is no access for them to enter the cage! They bring a fun element of nature to this vacation home. We provide the sack of feed for them for you to add a cup a day. If you dont like this aspect, don't feed them. They have the whole neighborhood trained, don't you worry! After a day you wont see them ( unless you replace the feed, then they are back in under an hour)

Important NOTE: The primary renter takes responsibility for safety concerns around the jacuzzi, by renting this house with this amenity. There is a good latching cover on the unit to aid in this task.

This homes 3 bedrooms consist of a King, Queen and Full beds and a 4th double opening couch in the den. 2 bathrooms, laundry and a fully outfitted kitchen. Giant lanai with tables and chairs and outdoor seating with a gas bottle grill is there with the waterway view.

A large 5-6 person Jacuzzi is setup in the lanai ( this is the only 'pool'). This is an upgrade size and powerful model and will provide relaxation for your vacation. There are clip locks and a key provided and the renting person with the active account who books the rental, by booking, will take responsibility for the safe usage and presence of the water feature.Great waters edge seating for lounging and picnic!
