Everything from check in to check out was easy. Staff was friendly and gave us plenty of things to do in the area. Room had ocean view, ice cold ac which was needed, and it’s on an amazing beach. They have sand chairs, umbrellas and everything else you can use at the beach. Excellent stay we will be returning.

We just had the worst room you could possibly get. There must have been doing construction upstairs from us because I cannot imagine that there could be people that rude to walk around pounding like they are about to come through our ceiling. We got no sleep! We were booked for 2 days and only stayed One! We were miserable 😞

Perfect property to rest and relax! We stayed in the Atlantis and it was more than we expected. The beach was so quiet it was like we had it all to ourselves. We found so many shark teeth and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets!! Looking to return again soon!

Scott,Unfortunately, we cannot control what Mother Nature throws our way. Sometimes, "red tide” decides to show up in our waters to varying degrees depending on the day/weather. While your ability to swim in the Gulf may be impacted – there is a lot to explore inland! We are sorry you were not able to fully enjoy your stay.

The beach and hotel were nice, but we were charged unreasonable clean up charge after the fact. They charged a pet fee when we checked in and we told them our pet was a little larger then 30 pounds,(we missed the fine print) they were fine with it and let us check in charging us an extra 30 dollars a night. We made sure to straighten up the room and even did our dishes for them before we left. They took advantage and charged us $160.00 more on our card after we left, I guess for cleaning. Nice place but we felt that was very unfair. We will not recommend it and changed our minds about ever going back.

As stated on our website and confirmation email sent to you, our pet policy is the following: “ Pets that are 30 lbs or less are welcome in the following rooms ONLY: 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, & 9. Extra cleaning fees will apply if you have more than 2 pets, if they are larger than permitted, and/or if they are staying in a room that is not pet friendly”.We charged you 30 a night for your dog (60 total) and 100 as a cleaning fee for your dog being larger than permitted. This was a total charge of 160. If you have any further questions please call our office at 941-473-2361. Thank you for understanding!

Great check-in. I would only suggest that customers are given the option for a better room upon check in when they are available. The place is a slice of peaceful paradise. Amazing views, and quiet. Highly recommend.

Amazing location with a comfy bed
We had an amazing stay and enjoyed our time on the beach. The bed was so comfy and the shower was hot.Very relaxing and the location is the very best.you can watch the sunset on the gulf from the patio. No people other than the people at your hotel. It is an older motel but We book for the location. We love the pearl. We did have an issue with what I’ll call “beach bugs”. There were little flying bugs. They offered to switch rooms, we declined that offer because we had reserved a room right on the beach and like I said we booked for the location. The staff were very nice and we just vacuumed them out everyday.

Lovely Little Inn on Manasota Key
This is a lovely little inn right on Manasota Key beach - the folks who run the inn are friendly, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed (although the fridge was LOUD!), and the location can't be beat. What a great spot!

We spent a very nice week at the Pearl Beach Inn. Location was perfect, right on the beach and we used the grills on a couple of occasions. WIFI wasn't particularly good. All in all, if you want peace and quiet away from the crowds and not luxury, then this is the place for you.

This is a very sweet Inn located right on the beach ! It is well taken care of and the staff is lovely. It is a bit dated but in a nostalgic way. We were very pleased with our stay despite the chilly weather.

This place is a real treasure, a nostalgic reminder of what Florida used to be before the era of anonymous high rise hotels looming above crowded beaches. Set on a quiet, residential key, the Pearl Beach Inn is an oasis of serenity. A modest but immaculate 2-story property right on a beautiful stretch of almost-deserted beach, the Inn offers a prime location for anyone seeking to get away from noisy jet skis, rowdy beach parties, and boom box intrusions onto your vacation. You can relax on the spacious patio and deck areas or set up your beach chair inches from the water. The rooms are spacious and recently remodeled, with everything you need for a self sufficient beach vacation. Shopping is only a few minutes away off-key. But when you are on the key and at the Inn, everything drops away and you can enjoy true relaxation!

Amazing waterside place to stay. We only stayed a couple of nights, but you could easily stay weeks as they have good in room cooking, full size refrigerator, and all the utensils you need.

Perfect hidden gem
This was the cutest boutique stay ever. Its literally footsteps to sunset on the beach. I read an earlier review about limited service. While that is very true cell was very limited but this was just what we needed. It was relaxing, everyone staying was very friendly. My pups were traveling with us and it was perfect for them. I can't wait to go back and stay for longer.
