The cottage is very well appointed and updated with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Cottage was on a very busy 4 lane road in a business district which was disappointing. We had an overall good experience. This quaint old place was clean with the exception of a few ants. The appliances, including air conditioning (and heat) all worked. The unit had some broken blinds in the smaller bedroom. I mentioned this via text to our host Allen when we first arrived. He responded that the property manager Olivia was probably aware. We purchased a shower curtain and tacked it up so our guests had privacy. The road is very loud and busy. And having the water shut off for “non payment” on the 10th day was a shocker. We contacted Allen, Olivia and VRBO and within a few hours, it was back on! The Englewood and Manasota Key area is a fun place to visit with a beautiful beach and many great restaurants.
