All you need to do is kick off your flip-flops to vacation into this turnkey furnished end-unit condo! As you step inside your eyes will instantly be drawn to the Great Room sliding glass doors that open to your private screened lanai and magnificent water views overlooking the community boat docks and your very own gateway to nature. In the kitchen, you will be delighted by the crisp white cabinets providing lots of storage, a suite of white appliances, ample countertop space, and a breakfast bar that overlooks the dining area and great room, perfect for entertaining! The large master suite with bathroom and dual sink vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a private commode area. Plenty of towels, The additional bedroom and bathroom will allow you a great space to invite guests to visit. Boating or kayaking is a breeze in this community because there are NO bridges to the open water and you are just minutes away from the Intracoastal Waterway, Stump Pass, and the Gulf of Mexico! After a long day in the sun, come back and enjoy the community pool where you can also grill the catch of the day at the shared poolside cabana, or return to your unit and relax in your screened lanai with an upgraded ceiling fan while enjoying unparalleled sunsets and beautiful water views as you listen to the sounds of the jumping fish. This second-story end unit provides fantastic views and the building's elevator ensures that it is easily accessible for all guests! The amenities in this complex are superb with the first come first serve boat dock with water and electricity,(note 25ft LOA) Lemon Bay and Gulf access, kayak launch and storage racks, community pool, pool cabana with shared grills, elevator, in-unit laundry, parking, guest parking. Book your stay today. Dock your boat just steps from the house!  
Two nature walking trail parks right next door and Englewood Beach is less than a 10 minute ride to catch a tropical drink and a spectacular sunset! The public boat ramp is less than 5 minutes away at Ainger Creek Park with easy access to the community boat docks, first come first serve- registration with HOA after completing the background check to dock your boat. 25-foot maximum  
30-night minimum stay per HOA rules.  
Guests who stay here must complete a background check per the HOA requirements. This is an additional non-refundable $100 additional fee paid directly to the HOA once the reservation is made.  
We will provide a welcome pack including the following:  
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom  
1 roll of paper towels  
2 packets of dishwasher detergent  
2 packets of laundry soap  
1 Shampoo and 1 bar soaps per bathroom  
1 Garbage can liner  
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.  
Grocery shopping, restaurants and golf courses all just a short drive away.
