The Pelican Landing complex has lots to offer. This is a beach-to-bay complex that offers many amenities including a heated pool and hot tub, boat slips, tennis/pickle ball court and club house. The widened sandy beaches are just a few steps away, full of shells, and spectacular sights of West Indian manatees, gopher tortoises, snowy egrets, least terns, and magnificent frigatebirds. Also, the most beautiful and memorable sunsets you can ever imagine. The gift that always keeps giving. There are a lot of activities to keep you occupied, especially water sports or golfing at the fifteen plus golf courses nearby. You will have plenty of privacy at the condominium if you need to relax as well. This beautiful ocean view 2-bedroom, plus upstairs loft, 2- bath, high vaulted ceilings beach-side condominium comfortably accommodates six guests, and it is only steps away from the beach! This stunning newly remodeled condominium features high-quality materials throughout, including porcelain tile flooring all throughout, quartz countertops, beautiful cabinets and doors, and custom tile work. The kitchen is a chef's dream--completely updated with all new high-end stainless-steel appliances with new high end wooden cabinets with ample storage and an attractive pull-out pantry along with pots, pans, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker, rice cooker, and all the utensils and linens you need. Clean up in the kitchen will not seem so bad with the amazing ocean view of the Gulf of Mexico. The condominium is painted in soothing colors and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful lighting choices and quality furnishings that make this a welcoming retreat. You can relax in the bedroom, enjoy a show in the living room, or read your favorite book in the pleasant reading nook. Seating options include four cozy kitchen barstools next to a gorgeous quartz island for casual dining and a stunning showcase dining table with seating for six for a sophisticated night of entertainment. Beyond the living room is a high-end furnished, enlarged screened, and enclosed lanai with a cozy sitting area where you can enjoy beverages from the built-in Zephr wine cooler in a custom-built in bar that comes equipped with glassware for serving wine, champagne, beer, and cocktails. There are 3 TVs in the condominium, including a 65" Smart TV in the living room, 45" TV in each, master bedroom, and guest bedroom, including free cable TV and WIFI. Sleeping options include a Premium hybrid mattress with cooling technology king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the guest bedroom, and two twin beds in the loft. Extra linens and towels are provided, and there is a full-sized stackable washer and dryer in the unit. Just down the road from Pelican Landing at walking distance, there are several nice restaurants, bars with life music, convenient store and gift shop, close enough for an evening stroll. In the same area is the Englewood public beach which has morning Yoga on the beach, a children's playground, basketball courts and restrooms facilities. Other nearby points of interest at just 1.8 miles is Stump Pass Beach State Park, a mile of beach where seashells and fossilized shark teeth wash up, and anglers fish the surf for prize catches. Visitors can enjoy an excellent view of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as a stretch of undeveloped Florida coastline. Visitors come to this secluded beach to enjoy the year-round swimming and sunbathing; shelling is best during the winter months. A hiking trail passes through five distinct natural communities that provide homes for many species of wildlife; covered picnic tables are located along the trail.
