Me and the kids stayed here for one night and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast in the morning is very delicious. We also found that it was a very convenient and good location to stay as you’re visiting the area. The only downside was that the pool is not a good pool for small children. Only large children will enjoy it and so if you have small kids, I would not expect for them to do much swimming. Also, the spa and hot tub are not available for the children either.

The staff great courteous helpful check in easy parking great help and easy shuttle across the st to Mt Titlis also walking distance to Mt Titlis great variety and warm. Loved the place will stay there if I go back

Amazing service at this hotel. We had the best experience and could not recommend enough! Amazing Mountain View and balcony, nice room, comfortable and the kindest most helpful staff. Great location close to the train station, everything is walkable and close. We hope to be back!

We just want to thank the staff for the upgrade and nice accommodations. The view from our room is breathtaking. Buffet breakfast every morning was awesome, lots of options of hot and cold dishes. Happy to come and stay here again. We appreciate your kindness and wonderful service.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, good size and the balcony with a view. It was quiet too. The only, very minor downside was a bit dark, lack of light in the ceiling. The bathroom was clean, good size and shower was powerful. Breakfast is good too, with lots of selection, from the usual continental as well as hot sausages, bacon, beans, scrambled eggs and boil eggs. Orange juice was good, as well as the coffee. It is close to the train station, closer than I expected. And the ski free shuttle is right opposite the hotel front door. The ski room with boot warmer. There was swimming pool but I didn't use it. Cannot fault it at all, 100% recommended.

We stayed here 3 nights in december for a ski trip with the family. The room was very clean and spacious, we had the family room. The amenities we also nice with a pool and sauna, as well as a ski room for the gear. There is a bus stop right across the hotel which was very convenient to get to the slopes.
