You will enjoy being in a quiet street with coastal views of Encounter Bay. Mirabella is located within only a short distance to the beach, boat ramp and restaurants and is the perfect place to base your holiday on the Fleurieu Peninsula. This spacious holiday home has magnificent views over the bay and the Bluff. Only a short drive to the beach and local eateries. Features Include: \* Upstairs - Open plan kitchen, dining and living with access to the balcony with rural and sea views. \* Dishwasher \* Upstairs - Master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite \* Downstairs - Bedroom 2 & 3 both with queensize beds, bedroom 4 has a tri bunk \* Second living room downstairs \* Air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs living \* Family bathroom \* Laundry with access to rear yard \* WIFI \* Off street parking \* Well behaved pets are welcome - Pet fee of $50 applies \* Barbeque has been upgraded to a Webber Q - the use of the bbq is no longer allowed on the upstairs balcony for insurance purposes \* Not all TV\`s have free to air channels This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels. If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service. Please note: a $500 security bond applies to all bookings.
