"Teh staff were friendly and helpful. Immediately upon booking I received a text message from the staff letting me know someone was there to help with any questions. checking in was easy and the hotel was very clean. The room, beds and bathroom were all clean and well kept.

Parking is very easy good location, central to many restaurants and other amenities. Very nice coffee bar beautiful pool for swimming. great atmosphere. Love the easy check-inprocess. "Overall the stay was okay. I am generally not a complainer, and have stayed in many rental properties. I was initially upset about the condition of the place, but I got used to it. It seems like the place is old and not well kept up. The inside of the house has a bad odor, also the septic smelled bad, so we had to keep the slider to the deck closed. I had to wipe down the kitchen table and counter because they were dirty. Lots of cobwebs (I have them too, but I don't rent my house out.) The bed is quite uncomfortable. No kitchen towels.? "

"Was an adequate place to stay for a weekend ski trip. One of the bedrooms upstairs is a loft room which was open to the downstairs chatter but served its purpose. Definitely need a 4 wheel drive or AWD vehicle to access complex due to tightthe tight road conditionsroads"
