El apartamento amplio y cómodo pero un poco anticuado. El personal de recepción muy atento! Con família es perfecto! Yo repito seguro. La única pega es que no hay parquing gratuito en la zona.

La atención fue muy buena. Tenían parking privado, y a pesar de estar completo, nos dieron otras opciones de un parking privado pero al aire libre, y teniendo en cuenta la localización del hotel, se agradece tener otra alternativa ya que si no, no creo que hubiéramos aparcado. En cuanto al estado del alojamiento estaba bien, únicamente que no podíamos regular la temperatura y hacía mucha calor. Y por otro lado, el sofá cama era muy incómodo.

El apartamento es grande y está bien tiene de todo pero la calefacción muy floja pasas frío y el sofá cama es horrible no se puede dormir y el aparcamiento muy malo lo dejamos detrás y nos multaron.no volveremos.

Si lo que buscas es un apartamento donde estar a gusto a la vuelta de tus excursiones, este no es el sitio. A nuestra llegada al apartamento notamos que la temperatura del mismo era algo baja y notábamos frío, se lo comunicamos a la recepción a los que nos contesto que era imposible, que la calefacción estaba puesta y que saltaba a 21 Grados, pero que en cualquier caso se lo notificaría al de mantenimiento (dudo que este persona existiera). Nos marcamos y como soy un pco desconfiado compré un termómetro para a nuestro regreso poder demandar la calefacción si no estaba puesta, pero nuestra sorpresa fue que a las 20:30 ya no había nadie en recepción y por lo tanto a nadie que reclamar. Lo peor fue que nos toco dormir a nosotros y nuestros dos hijos pequeños con 18 grados.

clean and functional near the ski lift

The Solana Apartments is very near the Funicamp telecabine in Encamp whizzing you right up to the top of Grandvilara ski area. It is very clean and had all I needed including the washing up accessories not usually provided. the staff were great., Breakfast was included with hot food too. A supermarket was a short walk away and there were machines for drinks and chocolate snacks in reception. Ski lockers provided. On the downside parking is difficult, they have an underground car park but I found it expensive. Opposite was a free layby for 6 cars if lucky enough to get a space. The big negative for me is that the apartments have so little sound insulation. When a family moved in above me I could hear every cupboard door opening and every scrape of the chairs on the wooden floors plus the children crying and running around. So, nice and comfortable but no good if you want peace and quiet in the evenings

No volveré ni que me lo regalen : no les quedaban plazas de parking (y aparcar es imposible), el personal nada empatico ni simpatico, las camas sin hacer, los tabiques de la supuesta habitacion no tocaban el techo por lo que los ruidos y la luz del comedor entraban como si no hubiese pared, la calefacción estaba muy muy floja a lo que nos dijeron que mirasemos los radiadore si estaban abiertos,... muy descontentos, no vale el precio que ponen, dberia ser aun mas barato. Ah! Y ademas cobran 150€ de deposito que te devuelven una vez pasa el personal de la limpieza a validar que esta todo bien..... uffff! Parecen apartamentos de medioados del siglo pasado!!!!

Breve estancia en Andorra. Apartamento aconsejable

Aunque sólo estuvimos una noche, todo fue correcto, y en diez minutos llegas a Escaldes-Andorra la Vella. Aconsejo reservar párquing en el establecimiento porque puede ser difícil encontrar aparcamiento alrededor. El apartamento es correcto y amplio. Aconsejable por la relación calidad-precio.

Apartamentos La Solana was overall okay. I was here for a solo ski getaway. The best part is that it is within about 200m of the Encamp Cable Car that brings you right to Grandvalira ski mountain. Although pretty clean the apartments are rather dated; old furniture, old windows (that let in noise), old appliances. At the time there was some road construction and a metal plate covering it. Anytime a car drove over it there was a loud bang, which made it difficult to sleep. It was not really La Solana's fault. The breakfast was pretty decent though (some hot items). I was able to fill myself so that I could skip lunch on the mountain. Wifi worked well until the hotel was fully booked then it seemed to slow quite a bit.

Sa vaut le coup.

Tout est parfait, sauf le bruit (hôtel mal isolé) et quelque petit problème, rien de méchant. eau impossible à regler, une fois trop chaude et d'un coup passe au froid, ou compteur qui saute à cause d'un plaque. pour le prix payé on a pas à se plaindre mais il faut le dire quand même! et pour le bruit par-contre c'est un vrai problème. Accueil***** Le top du top, une femme qui travail à l'accueuil (son prénom est virgi...) une crème.

Appartement type F2 très convenable et fonctionnelle mais pour un séjour en montagne dans cette principauté aux paysages sublimes, nous n' avons pas eu droit à la vue qui est réservée aux grands appartements F3 et ➕ d'après la réception. Mauvaise isolation donc bruits des voisins. Sinon appart hôtel bien situé pour randonnées et shopping à Andorre (5mn en voiture)

Fine for a stopover

Very friendly receptionist- spoke good English, and a stress free check in as reception wasn't manned on arrival, but key to apartment was left in an envelope with my name on. Only gripes were: no kettle, had to boil a pan of water for a brew, and the road outside was quite noisy. Otherwise good value, and I was able to park right out the front, although spaces are limited.

Tr�s d�cevant!! Nous sommes arriv�s � 13h30, avons d� attendre 15h pour avoir la chambre,propret� � revoir. Chambre pas insonoris�e,( bruit des personnes qui regagnent leurs chambres) et un lit qui faisait un bruit terrible d�s que nous nous retournions. Rapport qualit�/prix � modifier. Seul atout, bien plac�, proche m�tro.
