Alles befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Besonders gelungen sind das großzügige Bad und die wohnliche Küche. Dort stehen für den ersten Kaffee auch direkt Kaffee-Pads zur Verfügung. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Fernseher. Das WLAN funktioniert tadellos. Mobilgeräte können über bereitliegende Kontaktlos-Ladestationen mit frischer Energie versorgt werden.
