votre mal planification erreur de votre part pour la date c etait pour le 25 mars et m avez planifie pour le 1 fev.sans vouloir transferer la date au 25 mars.manque de service je vais en floride 2 fois par mois et je désirais essayer votre hôtel

Pas l’fun
Nous sommes arrives a 2h00 du matin apres 10 heures de route. Stupéfaction en ouvrant la porte de la chambre, elle n’avait pas ete faite et ca ne sentait pas bon. Le gardien de nuit est allez changer les lits a la hate puisqu’aucune autre chambre n’était disponible. Une fois a la chambre, manque de serviette, de savon et de shampoing... bref sejour de piètre qualite pour un Fairfield.

The hotel is in a great location just off I95 and we found a few so.id places to eat and shop. The employee who checked us in was delightful and proved friendly and efficient service. The hotel is clearly investing in the property as we saw a lot of upgrades underway and that bodes well for the furred. Our room was clean and comfortable with excellent WiFi and smart TV.

I hate to give a negative review but people should know what they are getting. Very old, worn and dirty. Ice machines all out of order. Dirty linen left piled in hallway. Furniture worn and carpets frayed and ragged. Gruff negative person working check in when we arrived. I couldn’t believe it was a Marriott! A couple of us in the lobby gave each other knowing looks like oh boy this is rough!! Almost $200 a night. Don’t be fooled by the name Marriott. Thought they had higher standards.

Upon arriving in the parking lot, getting out of my car--I immediately smelled pot floating in the air. There are no usb ports at all in the room and I had to go out and buy a plug adapter for my charging cables. Upon return the elevator was not working and I had to use the stairs. That's a little creepy for a woman traveling alone. The slider bar lock on my door did not work and it was too late at night to call and deal with it. When leaving in the am I noticed that three smoke detectors in the hall way were covered with blue tape as there were workers during the day doing drywall or tile work that is dusty. This is understandable but the tape should have been removed when the workers left. There was no one to tell at the desk when I left so I called on the road and spoke with someone who was seemed very concerned about it and I felt very good that she would ensure they were uncovered after the workers each day. The breakfast was nice and the lady tending the dining are was super sweet. Not the worst stay, just thought it wasn't particularly good. On a positive note, it was quiet, clean, and the staff were friendly.

This hotel was fine - but very run down the shades over the lights in the hallway were broken and cracked. And it’s very dated, however tidy. Our hallway smelled of marijuana however that is not the fault of the staff. Coffee = Terrible however but there were lots of options for breakfast which was awesome. The breakfast area was very well kept. Honestly this is a get what you pay for hotel ….we were in slept, ate, left. If that’s what you are doing it works …. But hit the Starbucks on the way out.

They ignored my reservation and booked all of their rooms. I had to go to a comfort inn down the street and they didn’t refund my money from the reservation right away. I have to wait. Hopefully I actually get it. I’ve never had this happen in over 30 years of hotel reservations.

We cannot believe this is a Marriott. When we arrived, we were the only ones checking in. The receptionist was cashing out the register-never looked up, didn’t acknowledge us standing there for several minutes. Finally, she told us she’d be with us in a minute…we stood and watched as she counted pennies. We were stunned. We’ve been taught the customer in front of you is more important than the task at hand…not so here. We had booked a king-there were none available…only doubles. I asked for a price adjustment & was told they’re same rate. Honestly, we had been up almost 20 hours & were too exhausted to debate it. Marriott would be appalled at the condition of our room-beds and pillows were comfy, but not sure the carpet had been swept in days-corners had def not been addressed in a looong time. There was rust and hair in the tub, and a huge hole in the carpet under desk.Breakfast was basic-no flavored creamers, no fresh fruit. The vinyl on the bench area was cracked, peeling, and worn away. At least the woman working breakfast welcomed us…In fact, she was the only one who made us feel welcomed! Check out was like check-in…it was 8 am and no one was at reception. There was at least a sign posted that they were helping a guest and would return shortly. We waited patiently for close to 10 mins and finally rang the bell. A man came from another area and took our key-didn’t ask how our stay was-did wish us safe travels. We aren’t hotel snobs, just want clean & welcoming.

Disturbed guest!
I was charged 2 times for stay. Hotels charged me and the Emporia, GA charged me another $111.55 on 2/21. I’m attempting to get in with Fairfield Inn. & Suites but if Hotels can reach them, I would appreciate it. First room we were assigned to had a broken lock. Second room the heat was blowing cold air. The toilet water ran constantly. Breakfast was fine and the woman who was working the breakfast was lovely!

Several problems…. Had to go all the way to 3rd floor for ice and I was on first floor. The elevator was broken!! Shampoo dispenser in shower was empty!! To top all this off, at checkin I was asked for a $20 CASH deposit with no explanation as to why except “it’s our policy for incidental damages”. I have stayed often at Marriott Hotels and NEVER been treated to a stay such as this!! Oh yea, in addition to all this, one of the beds gave the feeling that I was falling off because it was obviously too well used. I know Marriott is genuinely much better than this and our Envoy Card is used often, but I felt you had to know, for what it’s worth.

Hot tub out of order Pos: We were warmly greeted in the morning by ther lady who prepared/served the most excellent and varied breakfast w. fresh fruit salad, perfectly cooked oatmeal with many add-ons (walnuts, blue berries, etc.), eggs, breads, juices, etc. etc. What a great way to start a day.
