« Nous avons été déçus par la propreté de la chambre lors de notre première nuit. Nous avons trouvé des cheveux des précédents clients sur le lit ainsi que dans la douche, ce qui n’est pas acceptable pour un établissement hôtelier. Nous l’avons signalé à la réception puisque nous restions une nuit supplémentaire, en demandant un nettoyage approfondi ainsi que le changement complet des draps. Nous espérons que ce point sera pris en considération afin d’améliorer la qualité du service et...

"Nous avons été déçus par la propreté de la chambre lors de notre première nuit. Nous avons trouvé des cheveux des précédents clients sur le lit ainsi que dans la douche, ce qui n’est pas acceptable pour un établissement hôtelier. Nous l’avons signalé à la réception puisque nous restions une nuit supplémentaire, en demandant un nettoyage approfondi ainsi que le changement complet des draps. Nous espérons que ce point sera pris en considération afin d’améliorer la qualité du service et l’attention portée à l’hygiène."
