There is NO Street parking allowed anywhere in our neighborhood. Please do not park on any grass. ▶ Unregistered guests are not allowed. Only those listed in the reservation may stay on the property. Violating this rule may lead to immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. ▶ Pets are not allowed. ▶ No parties. Coho Cottage is located in a quiet and charming neighborhood; significant noise of any kind after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation. ▶ No smoking of any substance including e-cigarettes is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation. ▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am. ▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly. ▶ Please note that moving furniture is not permitted. Home was new and very well kept. Lots to do in the area so the focus was not really hanging out in the house for us. Was a great July 4th weekend.
