We loved hanging out around the private pool, and fishing from the private dock. The beach was a very short walk on the other side of the road. The house was difficult to get into and required help from the property manager who was so helpful and kind. The home looked clean but the floors felt dirty and sock feet were soon dirty when wearing no shoes. There were no rugs in the entire house except for one bathroom, on the stairs and in front of the upstairs sofa. The rugs on the stairs and in front of the sofa are badly stained. The sofas are well worn and uncomfortably low to the floor. If you have any stiff joints this is not the house for you. The foot stool/ coffee table in downstairs sitting area has large hole worn into the side and looks grungy. The stained rugs, lack of rugs and worn uncomfortable furniture take any luxury feel away along with no duvet covers on any of the comforters. The dock is great and boat lift looks fully functional but we did not try to use it. The pool is as advertised and very nice. The bed in the has a not so great matterass so we slept downstairs. A welcome book is really needed with instructions on using the stove top, the golf cart and locks. We enjoyed our stay and were happy to have our little dog with us.
