This 5-bedroom OCEANFRONT Single family house with over 2300 square feet of living space is rentable for the first time in several years. With two master bedrooms facing the ocean and a spacious downstairs great room along with a bedroom, this is perfect for your family getaway or a great place to “work from home” with panoramic views of the emerald water and white sand beaches. STUNNING OCEAN VIEW!!! Private Walk to the beach, and we are located well away from the crowds -- often the beach is completely empty in front of the house, allowing complete enjoyment of the white sandy beaches. You can enjoy the ocean views and breezes from the wrap around deck – perfectly suited for sunbathing or lounging while waiting for the occasional dolphin to swim by. You can play in the sand or swim in the ocean on the wide spacious beach that is only steps from the back door. While in the house or on the deck, you might even see dolphins swimming by. We want your family to have a great vacation and come back year after year. Enjoy an easy life relaxing on the deck with its gorgeous ocean view in a quiet, small neighborhood with lovely homes. A great home for your long weekend getaway. Wonderful location near the new Publix, Food Lion, 2 craft beer pubs, fashionable boutiques, wine bar, wine market, go-cart track, putt-putt golf, ice cream shops and restaurants for every taste. This home is just around the corner to everything you want. The pier is a lovely mile stroll down the beach or walk the other way to the point. Our home offers 5 bedrooms including 2 master bedrooms - each with an ocean view, 1 queen bedroom, a 2-twin bedroom, 1 bedroom downstairs with 2 full beds and a full bath connected to each of the 5 bedrooms! The house sleeps 12 with additional sleeping for 4 on queen futons. Check-in at 3 pm or later and check-out at 10 am on departure day. Linens and towels are included. The openness and the views are unbeatable. Each bedroom is well sized and having en-suite bathrooms is wonderful! Every bedroom has its own bath and the bedrooms are larger than the pictures depicted (at least I thought so). The kitchen was fully equipped with all that we needed to cook all meals at the house. Location was perfect—we could bike anywhere and could walk to the local ice cream store. The deck was so nice—it had a lot of shade and we spent several evenings on the deck visiting with family that we haven’t seen in a long time. There were also several chairs on the deck for everyone to sit in. Finally the view and beach access will be hard to beat in a future Emerald Isle vacation. This home, far and away, was the best in terms of house layout (multiple floors, separate entrance for lower level), five separate bathrooms, plenty of seating in the living area, the game room, and the deck. It’s made for family gatherings and creating memories. Favorite parts: being able to go out on the beach just to hand over more sunscreen for the kids and the grown ups on duty and then just strolling back to relax on the deck and watch them play; grilling out and watching the waves and the sun set; early morning walks to the pier; sitting on the deck watching a brief storm come in and listening to the rain. Finally, on our last day, watching a family of dolphins leap in the ocean while we enjoyed breakfast on the deck. The back deck is partilaly covered and had comfortable rockers and a picnic table. Great for the less mobile grandparents to soak in the "beach." Kitchen had every possible cooking tool/appliance you need. Nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house is not fancy/updated but was very comfortable and worked well for our family. We were pleased to note it is a bit bigger than the photos suggest. I would vote for softer/nicer bed linens (or bring your own) and changing out living room carpet that must be impossible to keep clean.
