Hi Everyone! Welcome to our Beach House located in the heart of Emerald Isle, walking distance to restaurants, piers, entertainment and the beach! Whether you are ready to hit the town or grab some amazing seafood and cook at home, Emerald Isle had tons to offer! Basic supplies such as garbage bags for kitchen were not supplied. Garage had broken gym equipment. Several safety issues were reported to owner, and hopefully will be corrected by now. Location is great for access to Emerald Isle beaches, and other attractions. Overall, if the property remodel is completed, this will be a great house at the lower end of the rental spectrum. ##### James H.
