Pebble Beach D-106 is a First Floor Oceanfront 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo located in the professionally landscaped Pebble Beach Oceanfront Gated Condominium Community off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & restaurants. Recent Updates Include: New vinyl plank flooring, new carpeting for bedrooms 2 & 3, Bedroom 3 changed to Twin over Double bunk beds with waterproof noiseless mattress covers, new bed covers on all beds, new pendant lights over the kitchen countertop, new area rugs in the living and dining areas, traction treads added to Master Bath shower, shower caddy added in the second bath shower tub, additional dinner and salad plates were added to the dishware, modified ocean deck chairs to make easy access to the table, added kitchen gadgets, spice cabinet with lazy Susan storage, sliding screens added to streetside slider doors so you can easily get cross-breeze, refreshed ocean deck sliding glass doors and indoor closet doors to open easily, Crockpot and Food processor added to kitchen amenities, Folding project tables for boardgame convenience, DVD collection added with movies for all to enjoy. This first floor condo is perfect for people who don’t want a lot of steps while carrying kids and groceries! Very close to Oceanfront Swimming Pool, Beach & Clubhouse. In-Unit High-Speed Wireless Internet. The Living Area has a 55" Flat Screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD, great for family viewing! Step out onto the covered oceanfront balcony with patio chairs for easy ocean viewing! The open floor plan is great for an oceanfront meal or extra seating! This condo with its well-appointed kitchen and large pantry cabinets is awesome for a laid-back family vacation. Central Heat & Air. Washer and Dryer. Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, a Full Bath and a covered oceanfront balcony, and 37" Flat Screen TV. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a morning balcony with a 32" Flat Screen. Bedroom #3 has a Twin over Double Bunk bed, a 32" Flat Screen access to the same morning balcony. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath. This condo is a first floor unit. The view may vary from season to season due to foliage, storms or natural dune movement.
