Nor Easter is an adorable 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom Oceanview Duplex (east side) beach retreat in the Spinnaker's Reach Community conveniently located just one house away from the community pool and beach access! You can take in great views of the beach from inside the home from multiple rooms and outside on the multi-level decks! Located in the breathtakingly beautiful, oceanfront, and upscale gated community of Spinnaker’s Reach, you will enjoy relaxing by the community pool or hitting the beach via the community beach access, both just a few steps away! Make use of the community golf cart parking if you rent a golf cart locally! Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, a flat-screen Smart TV giving you access to your favorite apps with your own account logins, and a private beautifully remodeled full bathroom. The in-home laundry area has a washer and dryer. This duplex also has the added benefit of not one, but two water heaters to ensure you have a relaxing experience whenever you jump in the shower or need hot water to rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower! Just outside your doors, you will have access to a lovely picnic table to take in some salty air while having a meal and spending quality memory making time with friends and family.
