Comfort and location await at Bogue Bungalow! This Oceanside Duplex offers 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths for your vacation pleasure! Central Heat and Air, Ceiling Fans. Living Area with Roku TV giving access to streaming apps. High Speed Wireless Internet. Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, and Blender. Bedroom #1 offers a King Bed, Bedroom #2 offers a Queen Bed, and Bedroom #3 offers a Twin Bed + Twin/Double Bunk Bed. Outside enjoy a meal at the Picnic Table after cooking on the Charcoal Grill provided. The beach is just down Bogue Inlet Drive to the south while the home's location is central to downtown Emerald Isle activities, shops, restaurants, and oceanfront pier! Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays. NO SMOKING. Up to 2 Dogs Allowed our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No Fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file. Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly in advance Year Round with a 4 night minimum mid-June to mid-July and 3 night minimum otherwise. Please Note: (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. I only took off a star due to the smell coming from dumpsters nearby that is no fault of property mgr and some dishes and bed covers were not the cleanest.
