There are two standard box TVs and 2 flat-panel TVs dispersed throughout the home for your viewing pleasure. There is a 50 inch wall mounted TV, with Streaming Services in the Living Room. There is also a 30 inch TV in the Master Bedroom with Streaming TV services from FireStick. One of the TVs offers basic cable channels and there is even a DVD player so that you can watch your favorite movie as you enjoy your time on the Crystal Coast.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
