It's on the first floor, but you do need to take stairs or elevator to get to it. Loved having easy access to the private beach and the two pools. Both pools were nice and never crowded. King-sized bed was very comfortable, but it takes up a lot of space in the bedroom. Luckily the living area has lots of space. Balcony has an assortment of chairs and a couple small tables, rather than the two lounge chairs in the photo. The property needs a lot of work. There is no lock on the sliding door; the owner provided a wooden rod to place in the slider. The bathroom door from the hallway creaks you you open it and the other bathroom door sticks; you have to slam it to close it. The storm door whistled like a tea kettle when the wind blew. There was absolutely no place to store groceries. All the kitchen cabinets were jam packed. The view was beautiful but the furniture was not as pictured online. The view was great, decent location but if you are hauling something on wheels down to the beach you will want to use the ramp and stairs to the left side of the building instead of the closer stairs to the right. Makes the walk longer but easy to manage bc fewer stairs. No issues using the elevator to get to the unit. The shower curtain needed to be replaced. It was yellow and disgusting. That’s my biggest complaint!! The water pressure in the shower was on point though they may want to consider replacing the shower head, it works but looks kind of rough. The firm mattress was amazing. The TV in the living room had a poor picture quality and seems damaged. Other than that, it was a great unit. Thanks! ##### Janine M. We loved our stay this week it was like coming home. The condo was wonderful with a beautiful beach view. We got to visit family and friends. We will stay there again. We made wonderful memories. The check in process was seamless. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the building had an elevator which was great for luggage. The view was great and the balcony and living room were both a lot bigger than the pictures made it seem. Another great surprise. Bedroom is separated by a closed bathroom and the living room is on the opposite side providing an opportunity to be up while someone else sleeps. Bed was very comfortable and the owner/manager was very reachable. They do not provide beach things so you’ll need to bring those. The only recommendation I’d have for the owner is to have Kleenex in the bathroom and maybe a hair dryer. But otherwise, this is where we will stay when we come back! ##### Brent G. My husband and I actually got engaged on the beach here. We normally stay at The Islander, but with our 2 under 2 we decided to venture out from the norm so we could enjoy some time alone in the evenings. This little spot did not disappoint. If you are looking for a place to stay that is clean, has a pool and easy beach access, this is the place to book! We will definitely be back. ##### Ashley N. It was clean, and had all the comforts of home for a relaxing get away! So close to grocery shopping and restaurants!
