They had bugs (roaches) specifically and trash piled out front the house. We went to a concert at UBS and the rental was right down the road from the venue, it was super convenient. I also really liked that there were two separate bedrooms and a living room/kitchen area. There's also a countertop with barstools. It is a little small, if you're looking for something more spacious, but the rental serves its purpose! The owner was super communicative. My friend and I made it to New York an hour before check in and I asked if we could check in early, and he allowed it. Really saved us from lugging our suitcases around! The worst of it was left over shampoo and conditioner, used body scrub loufa, used bars of soap in the bathroom shower, used shower cap on top of toilet, and extremely loud renter on the above and below floors. Would not recommend renting this apartment for what it cost.
