### Modern NewlyFurnished Acadia Apt

Surround yourself with style in this standout space.  
  
This is a new listing, changed to vacation rental with brand new furniture and amenities from October 2024.  
With two Queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen (intended for guests to cook and serve meals if and when desired :) ) and pretty lounge area, this is ideal for a small family or couple.  
  
Take the opportunity to make this holiday more relaxed and fun.  
The space  
There are two bedrooms, each bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a fully equipped Kitchen with all utensils and amenities for our guests to cook if desired. The apartment also has a living room and one Full Bathroom. Pack N Play can be provided for free on request.  
Guest access  
The apartment has a private entrance.  
  
Cancellation Policy:   
100% (minus a $35 non-refundable processing fee) refund if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date.  
50% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date.

Very clean, very comfortable, would have liked a place to sit outdoors like a couple of chairs on the lawn. very quiet neighborhood, 2 minutes to center of Ellsworth. 30 minutes to Acadia national Park and Bar harbor. Great little place.
