This place was everything we needed. Great view of the lake with a dock for the boat. Got to drink coffee and enjoy the sunrise every morning. Its right down the road from Stumphole Landing if you are looking for a bite to eat. Rooms and amenities were more than suitable for a lake house. My family and I absolutely loved seeing all the different types of birds that visited the property. My kids loved seeing the geese and ducks walk through the yard a few times a day. We enjoyed s’mores in the fire pit and spent a lot of time in the sunroom appreciating the excellent view. Everything was as advertised and the house was very clean. The host was very kind and responsive to our questions. We had so much fun and hated to leave! We enjoyed our Anniversary trip so much! The owner even left flowers and a card for us. Very clean and comfortable. The view is just gorgeous! We caught several catfish right off the dock and the convenience of having Poplar Creek right around the corner made it even more perfect since we keep our boat there. We even had baby geese and ducks in the yard. We enjoyed every moment!
