Enjoy the sounds of nature and a flowing stream from the spacious back deck. For hiking and mountain-bike enthusiasts, mountain trails, beautiful ponds, creeks, and forests are right outside your door. Stay warm (or cool) in climate-controlled comfort. Cozy up in front of a quaint, wood burning stove in a den with a large screen cable TV and WiFi. This cabin also has a fully equipped kitchen (stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, pots & pans, utensils, dinnerware and limited spices); two bedrooms (one king and one queen); a spacious bathroom; and a washer and dryer. RV hook-ups (electric only) are located adjacent to cabin for larger group gatherings. A fire pit and charcoal grill are also provided. A 6-acre stocked pond is located on the property for fishing enthusiasts. This cabin is located just minutes from several attractions, including the restaurant’s and shops of Historic Ellijay, Georgia; Red Apple Barn, a variety of wineries, and trails for biking and hiking. Amicalola Falls and the Appalachian Trail are just a 45-minute drive and Chattanooga, Tennessee, is 65 miles northwest of this cabin hideaway. The property is gated to ensure privacy. The hose was very responsive and we had no issue with the home itself. The only thing we could complain about was the neighbors who were blasting music quite loudly. I saw a bear and deer and a beaver. Loved the coffee shop in Ellijay. Chris was so nice. Farm fresh eggs were on the table when we arrived. They were awesome and such a sweet surprise!
