Imagine waking up to the crisp mountain air in Cherry Log GA, surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views of lush, green tree valleys and distant blue ridge peaks. The cabin's rustic charm embraces you as you step onto the cozy wooden floors. You spend your days hiking through winding trails, exploring the untouched wilderness and taking in the serene beauty of nature and the Rich Mountain Preserve south of cabin. PETs welcome - small fee at checkout, applied per each pet. You are staying at the top of a mountain. Takes 5-10 minutes to get to top. There are only 3 neighbors at top. The one to right is where road dead ends. You won't really ever see them or any car traffic. The one a little higher and behind us is never there - lives out of state. And one to back left is occupied by full time residents - a retired couple. But cabin still feels very private because of the surrounding trees and the angle it faces out. Evenings are spent reflecting by the cozy fireplace, wrapped in a warm blanket with a cup of hot cocoa in hand or s’mores at the fire pit. The tranquil solitude allows for deep quiet introspection, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. As the sun sets behind the cabin, the sky transforms into a canvas of vibrant hues, creating a magical and memorable spectacle. After a few moments in the warm, oversized stone shower - sleep comes easy with the gentle sounds of nature and whispering creek waters as your lullaby. The clear mountain skies reveal a tapestry of stars at night, reminding you of the vastness of the universe. In this mountain top cabin, you find solace, adventure, and a renewed connection with the natural world. And It starts all over with sunrise. The cabin at Little Rock Creek is the perfect getaway for any age group, yet still extremely convenient to both Blue Ridge and Ellijay. 10 miles each. Takes 20 min, as some of that mileage is coming down from the top of mountain at a much lower speed than highway. Shopping, dining, history, horseback, lake and river activities, hiking and scenic falls are all within easy reach. Don’t forget to be on the lookout for bears and BIGFOOT! Studio sleeps 4 with King, and Queen Sofa pull out. no steps or stairs on property at all - just small short ramp to deck from driveway. \*Disclaimer: \* for security purposes only (yours and mine), there is one Blink video camera on the property. The cabin had everything you needed as far as supplies was cozy clean great shower bathroom even laundry me the wife and our 5-year-old Golden retriever had a wonderful time closing up to the fire watching movies enjoy the area fantastic! We love the fact that it was tucked away up in the mountains had no issues with off 4x4 keep it in low going up and down. Highly recommend downtown Blue ridge Georgia really nice town we were there when it was decorated for the holidays enjoyed the food atmosphere people. We also did Mercia orchards apple picking was out of season but had a great time with our pup taking him around the lake and surrounding area picked up some delicious cider and apples. Is a gravel road, but did not bother me. Definitely need a suv or better vehicle to get to location, but well worth it for peace and quiet. Shower and cabin exactly as described. Definitely try to arrive in the daylight. Property is more suited for 2 people, not 4\. If you want to get away from it all, this is the place! Bring what you need. No Uber eats up here! Gave us great ideas of things to do and places to eat, cabin was awesome and clean, definitely rough terrain getting to there.. loved the rain pouring in the woods sitting on the patio with a glass of wine!!!
