Built in 2022, this 3,000 square-foot, two-story home enjoys an easily accessible location less than two miles southwest of Ellijay's cute restaurants, shops, and recreational outfitters. This property is close to everything! You'll be one mile from the annual Georgia Apple Festival and a short, scenic drive from local orchards, beautiful hiking trails, river tubing excursions, ziplining, and the shores of Carters Lake. Step inside and be greeted by the modern farmhouse decor with hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, contemporary tile work, and beautiful lighting throughout. A focal point of the main floor is the towering great room, offering soaring windows and a wood-burning fireplace with a floor-to-ceiling hearth. Get cozy on the large sectional and curl up with loved ones to enjoy the 65" TV for streaming nightly movies. Experience the magic of fresh mountain air when you slide open the oversized glass doors to enjoy a second, outdoor lounge space, complete with cushioned seating around a gas fireplace.
