The living space was open and inviting. The kitchen was a great size. The views were awesome. The basketball court we used as our spot to break out into groups to work on coaching and then a workout. The river is awesome! We got to cool off after our workout. I would suggest water shoes or chaco sandals, the rocks are slippery. The fire pit was a bonus as well! There were even horse shoe pits! Things I missed in the items provided, but wanted to note, are that you will need to bring and soap for the bathrooms, as well as soap for the kitchen sink. Our only critique would be that the windows looking over the river, could have used a good cleaning. But we also understood that we were in the woods in the mountains.
