Staff at Suncadia were very professional and unfailingly polite. The room we stayed in was as described; however, sheets were a bit threadbare and there was a stain on the bathmat. The cleanliness wasn't what we were expecting. Also worth noting that you don't have complete access to the resort amenities as you would booking through the hotel. It’s stocked with all the basic essentials you need. We ate in for all our meals, and was able to get by with what we had and a skillet we brought from home. We like the easy access out the side of the building. Our family of 4 stayed for two nights, & we all enjoyed our stay! Kids loved the smores at night & peacefulness of Suncadia! This is your standard room inside the lodge. So it’s essentially no different than a room in the lodge. Other than what’s described regarding no daily housekeeping and no access to the fitness and pool center. Overall, it was great and as described by the host. I recommend! ##### Ryan R.
