"The air conditioner in my room didn’t work. I arrived at about 11:30 pm and I may have been the last guest to check in that day. When I realized that the AC wasn’t working, I rang the bell for night service but got no response. I reported it the next morning. But it was a warm night. "The room was clean but dated and worn. Maintenance at the property is lacking. Conveniently located near the convention center and there are a couple restaurants on site. Fitness center is a time capsule from 1994. I’ve stayed here several times recently and think there are better options for the money, especially with $15/ night resort fee tacked on for not many amenities. "
