This is a well to do neighborhood in Elizabeth City, is 9 minutes from the waterfront and its park, where you can cook out and go fishing, and 11 minutes from the beaches of the coast guard base. This home has all the essentials you would need to feel at home. Cooking and eating tools, ample cabinet space for groceries, granite counters for easy food prep, and a comfortable sectional for seating up to 7 or 8 people. This property has been set up to provide the most comfortable sleeping and lounging experience possible as well as convenience. Bedroom lamps have USB and outlet ports with one room having USB nightstands with an outlet port for each. All Mattresses are brand new and not too soft and not too firm. Each room has drawer storage in every bedroom, with two large closets in the queen and master bedroom and a large chest of drawers in the twin bedroom. The living room seating is designed to provide a cozy and comfortable experience for the family or friends with an overstuffed sectional and LED light for a calming atmosphere. Jun 10, 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a good location. The place was clean-ish, but could be more clean. There were no exhaust fans in the bathrooms, which made for a damp smell and a humid area to get ready for the day. Barely any extra amenities like linens, pillows, towels, washcloths, or toilet paper. There is a washer and drier but no laundry soap to use. An ok place to stay in a pinch, but not my first choice. ##### Amanda R.
