Escape to the Seacoast - Relax, Work & Play by the Water

The pictures show it all! The House at 1010 is open and airy and perfect for both short and longer stays. Wifi and comfortable work spaces provide an easy escape from it all and make it a great option for working remotely by the seacoast.

The main floor offers a large living room with vaulted ceiling, fireplace, TV (Roku provided) and plenty of cozy seating. The full kitchen and dining area is perfect for all of your cooking needs. Dishwasher, microwave, pots/pans, oven...it has it all. The dining table can seat six people with an additional three spots available at the soapstone breakfast bar. A Keurig and K-cups are provided for morning coffees.

Off of the kitchen is a hall that leads to the eating deck with new Weber grill. A full-bath is also off the small hallway, directly across from one of the two entrances to the main floor guest bedroom (two twin beds).

Upstairs guests will enjoy a quiet sitting area on the landing and two bonus sleep spaces: A reading loft with twin-sized bed and sleeping nook with twin bed near master, and perfect for children. Portable crib and toddler mattress available upon request. Additionally, the master bedroom (queen bed, TV and desk space) and master bath are on this upper level, and as of August 2021, we've purchased a high-end new king-sized master bed! Washer, dryer and linen area are off of the master bedroom, making the upstairs its own full-service suite.

A sweet third bedroom with built-in closet and new twin daybed with additional twin trundle is hidden in the quiet lower level just off the side entrance to the home.

Just a short walk across the street, there is a lovely (and open!) town park, playground and sandy beach with clear water to explore.

Caretaker lives on premises (in cottage at back of property) and hosts are on-call for any questions or emergent needs.
