« The check in time was 4 PM and there was no instructions ( door code, key etc) messaged the host around 5 PM as we still had not received any check in information. The host was MIA, unreachable via VRBO message for over two hrs until I had to call the VRBO support line and had to be on hold for over 40 minutes to get the host to provide with keys for checking in. Also no apologies for delays or not giving any proper instructions. Very unreliable. »

In the condo it is very hot, since the air conditioning is only in the room, the air does not circulate well throughout the location. « Everything was absolutely perfect! Really appreciated the air-condition, especially in the bedroom. Also appreciated the extra bathroom. Your condo is modern and up to date. You really couldn't ask for anything more. It was like being at home. The swimming pool, beach and gardens were right there and there is a great restaurant next door. The Coconut Market was a 5 minute walk away with all the shopping you could possibly want. There is also a real grocery store there. We spent 10 days here and...

« The view was amazing! Close to the airport, dining and shopping! Few Cons the mattress and pillows were not the best. The HVAC makes a whining noise which was keeping us up at night, and having to walk your trash four buildings over isn’t ideal either. The resort was nice but disappointed that the outside bar closes super early. Restaurant at the resort was yummy, and the live music was very enjoyable. Would recommend host invest in some nicer pillows and maybe a mattress topper for a more...

« Our host Cam was great. He had all the detailed info ready for us when we arrived. I liked that our room was close to our car. The room had a comfortable bed, a walk in closet, and a nice updated bathroom. The lanai was nice every day along with a kitchen that has everything. This is a big house with different units with private entrances. The location is superb. Walking distance or a quick drive to anything..beaches.. pool…restaurants..coffee shops..longs drugs..food trucks..I will stay...

Even the dishes were dirty. we didn’t receive any of the agreed perks: no early check-in, no late check-out, and no complimentary sparkling wine. Overall, the stay was extremely overpriced for what we got. The value for money was terrible, and the experience did not make sense at all. "
