Amplio bungalow de alto standing con licencia turística de 3 habitaciones con capacidad para 6 personas, cocina 2 baños y un aseo. Ubicado en Arenales del Sol. Cuenta con jacuzzi privado en la vivienda y 4 piscinas comunitarias, además de, diferentes pistas deportivas y parking privado con plaza asignada.  
  
Alojamiento de dos plantas.   
  
En la parte de arriba encontrarás las habitaciones, 1 habitación de matrimonio con baño en suite, una habitación con dos camas individuales, una segunda habitación de matrimonio y un baño con plato de ducha.  
  
En la parte de abajo está la cocina, un patio exterior al que se accede por la cocina, salón-comedor un pequeño aseo y amplia terraza con jacuzzi privado.  
  
Dentro de la urbanización hay 4 piscinas, pistas deportivas y zona infantil.
