The townhouse had all the basics we needed for a 9 day stay. Great layout and proximity to the beach, and amenities in Cerritos. Easy parking and common pool area was clean and rarely busy. Some constructive feedback: hosts only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper, which seemed strange for the price duration of the stay. Hosts also requested no towels be hung on railings, etc., which is reasonable, however no drying rack was provided. There were a few issues with the property manager not being as responsive as expected: when we went to check in, the general property manager onsite was unaware of our reservation and we had to wait until they contacted the unit's PM to be allowed to enter the space. Our gas ran out and we were unable to have hot water or cook until it was reconnected, which took longer than anticipated. We also had a security concern (which turned out to be nothing - we felt safe here overall!), and I tried contacting the PM but did not receive a response until much later. Understandable as I was reaching out at an odd hour, but if you advertise being contactable 24/7, guests should expect to have alternate contact numbers if PM not available. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would return - but constructive feedback is important in order to improve future guests' experiences.
