Finally a place with enough room for everyone plus a dedicated office for the traveling professional! The primary bedroom has that hard to find king sized bed with an ensuite. The modern kitchen has all appliances and ammenities that you need for that home cooked meal and a comfortable living room space to relax. Here you are only minutes from restaurants and shopping. Close to Loop 375\. 20 minutes from the airport and Fort Bliss. 10-15 minutes to Providence Memorial East and Del Sol Medical. The entire home is yours for the duration of your stay. If booking on a platform other than Airbnb, before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. Turnkey STRs Security Deposit Waiver for Guests Once you purchase a Turnkey STR Security Deposit Waiver, then the following terms and conditions are now part of your vacation rental property lease agreement. I. AGREEMENT A. On behalf of Turnkey STRs, LLC, they have assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives your security deposit up to $500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property. B. Turnkey STRs is hereby responsible for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts. Turnkey STRs will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $500\. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter to include all rules and policies agreed to by you as the Guest. C. This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement. II.EXCLUSIONS A. This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or loss resulting from: • Acts of God • Theft • Pet caused damages (including cleaning) • Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear • Loss of use of the vacation rental property • Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal • Damage to a motorized vehicle • Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items • This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You. • This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown. B. Should damages occur due to Your actions and are not covered by this waiver, You are financially responsible for those damages. III. CONDITIONS A. Turnkey STRs has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner. B. Turnkey STRs reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value. C. This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage. D. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property. E. This waiver is null and void should damages be caused by Your actions stemming from violations of the rules and policies agreed upon prior to occupying the home and you will be required to make the Owner financially whole by reimbursing the total cost of loss (i.e., extra cleaning due to an unauthorized party, theft, unreported damages, etc.) F. If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial. IV. Time stamped photos of issues are available on request. We reserved this property for 6 guests, needing 4 bedrooms. The property was listed as having 4 bedrooms with the following: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 1 twin bed, and double bed pull-outs in living rooms 1 and 2.There was no double bed pullout found in living room 2\. Bedroom 4 was furnished with a futon, not the twin bed as shown in the property listing. There were no sheets present for the pull-out beds. Sheets were delivered when reported.The home was semi-clean. Drawers and counters all had signs of bugs. There were bug baits found in the living room, dining room and kitchen areas. All dishes had to be washed prior to use because of the bug evidence. There was silverware for four people – not the six we had reserved for. There is no dishwasher, so we washed dishes by hand, with no dish drain available. Only one kitchen towel was found. Blender did not work. The pots and pans provided are highly degraded, some with broken handles. The microwave had a broken handle. The ice maker did not work. The stove had only 3 working burners.I do not believe this property fits the VRBO standard. I am requesting a 50% refund due to lack of cleanliness and proper amenities. ##### Debora L.
