Attractively located on the west side, close to UTEP, I-10, Sundland Park Mall, The Outlet Mall, hospitals, movie theaters and other shopping centers. 15 minutes drive to downtown, Santa Fe and Santa Teresa International bridges. Tons of local bars, restaurants & super markets! Swimming pool open from May to October. One story with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. A cozy patio with a pergola, wood heater & grill The space Comfy, warming, and inviting atmosphere through the home! Two Bedrooms/1 Bathroom Queen size bed in the master Two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom Full bar tops with tools for cocktails Fully equipped kitchen for longer stays (Pots, pans, utensils, etc) Beautiful gardens and views of the mountains across the property Nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood with respectful and friendly neighbors Guest access The entire home is at your disposal Other things to note El Paso is a desert climate and these properties use "Swap-Style" HVAC that only allow cool or hot at one time. During the winter months, the condos switch to "heat only". Swimming pool hours are 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.Μ. The telephone located at the pool area is for emergency use only and is not for regular use. Swimming pool facility use is for residents and their house guests. Only four (4) guest per unit are allowed at any time and MUST be accompanied by the person who booked the AirBnB. $250 dlls fine will be enforced if rule is not followed. Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests. Lap swimming 9:00 to 10:00 Α.Μ. No glass containers are allowed at any time inside the swimming pool or the swimming pool area. Strict $500 dlls Fine policy will be enforced. No beverages are permitted inside the swimming pool or at the edge of the swimming pool at any time, a $250 dlls fine will apply if rule is not follow. Conventional swimwear is required. Jeans, cut-offs, t-shirts etc. are prohibited. Fibers from certain fabrics will detach and clog the swimming pool filters. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by a resident adult. No unsupervised children can be left unattended at any time. No running allowed on deck. Radios, laptops or other devices MUST be battery operated if kept inside of the swimming pool area and MUST be kept at a respectable volume level. Swimmers using the swimming pool after 9:00 P.M. are required to keep the noise level to a minimum. Pets are not permitted in the swimming pool or swimming pool area at any time. Strict $250 dlls fine will be enforced. Tanning products must be rinsed off in the swimming pool area shower before entering the swimming pool. The swimming pool facilities are not to be used simultaneously with the clubhouse facilities. Arrangements will need to be made and approved by the Host if both the clubhouse along with the swimming pool are to be used. Upon leaving the swimming pool area make sure you have collected all personal items, picked up any trash, returned any furnishings to their designated location and close any open umbrellas. This is a clean, comfortable place that's convenient to the west side of El Paso. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the living room is comfortable. The master bedroom is very comfortable, but the beds are a tad small - child-sized - in the second bedroom. Light switches take a little figuring out. And the plumbing can be a bit fussy -- getting the shower to completely shut off takes a bit of fiddling -- and the water never gets truly hot, not even at the kitchen sink. While the property is overall pleasant, the lighting inside could be improved, and the kitchen could definitely use more utensils.
