Private heated Pool and Spa! 4 bdrm, 2 bath beautiful and spacious house!

Beautiful newly renovated home with dual zone climate HVAC.

Private heated pool and spa in the backyard. 65 inch smart tv located in the living room and a 50 inch smart tv in the master bedroom with cable and Netflix. Full kitchen with brand new appliances. Kitchen stocked with dishes, drink ware, silverware, and pots/pans. 2 full baths stocked with towels. Brand new washer/dryer.

Backyard features upgraded landscaping, a heated Pebble-tec heated pool with spa, outdoor table seating and lounge chairs, and BBQ. To enhance our guest experience, the pool/spa was updated Pentair EasyTouch controls made adjustable by the iPad located in the kitchen. Office area has large desk and computer work station has printer available.

Located close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Perfect for spring training!! Over 2,200 square feet of living space!

Pool is heated by solar with an electric Heat Pump for backup heat. Please cover pool after every use to ensure a comfortable experience for the next use. Spa heats to 96 degrees. Pool heat is $25 per day.

Nice house

The house was just right for us. It is located close to shopping, restaurants and several Baseball spring training facilities - the purpose of our visit. The furniture and beds were comfortable, the kitchens clean and well equipped, and patio and pool enjoyable. When we had questions the host responded quickly and was pleasant to talk with. This was our second stay and we look forward to another next year.

High Value for the Price

This is a great 'homebase' for active families. Lot's of space and the pool and spa are great for relaxing. It is in a suburban area so access to transportation is a must, but Ubers were easy to find. Appreciate the linens and well kitchen utensils.

Great vacation spot for spring training

This house has all you need for a good MLB spring training visit to AZ. We found it clean & comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and lots of room. The pool & spa were a great bonus. It was near plenty of store’s & restaurants and close to many of the N side ball parks. The owners were quick to respond to any inquiries and pleasant to deal with.

We really loved our stay at this El Mirage property. My young girls really loved the pool. The wide open living space was great for family gathering. The house was well stocked with staples and it met our needs. The house could use a deep cleaning and a little better organization, but overall we would defined recommendation.

Spring Training after a 2 year Covid wait

It was great. Our adult kids spent a lot of their time in the pool and they thoroughly enjoyed it. We headed to Spring Training a couple of mornings to watch drills/practice. I particularly was appreciative of the office area in the front room. We really enjoyed our visit. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Relaxing and easy.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We arrived early and owners let us check in early and enjoy the pool. The place had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone to get “alone time”. Very quiet neighborhood. Except for the Airforce base near by. Loved watching the fighter jets doing maneuvers and felt a great sense of safety knowing they were there. Sounded like “freedom” to me 😉 Had some issues with the pool and hot tub, but owners worked very hard to remedy for us. Frankly, it could have been operator error, as we are rookies with this type of equipment. All in all, we had a great time. Great place. Great hosts. You won’t regret your time here. Ps. Don’t miss the six flags water park and wilderness adventure park near by.

The house was a spacious bright property with easily accessible pool/hot tub and deck . Easy to take care of with tile floors and nicely appointed bedrooms. Pool needed cleaning when we arrived which took several days to service. Would rent again.

We were very pleased with our accommodation. Katie was an efficient, friendly, helpful host. Our every request was promptly addressed. She was readily available for any questions and answered without delay. It is a gorgeous home and was ideal for our family Christmas of 7 people. We enjoyed the spa, pool and barbecue. Great home for a family getaway

We loved our time at this beautiful home! The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of broad sidewalks for strolls. Everything you need - grocery stores, Target, chain restaurants, a movie theater, and small diners/restaurants is all within a 10 minute drive! We took several short trips to zoos, hiking spots, living history museum and a ghost town, all within easy driving distance. The house itself is beautiful - updated appliances and countertops, with a neutral décor, comfortable beds and lots of linens. We loved the master suite and the other bedrooms provided lots of room for our kids and grandpa and grandma. The house is a single story and very accessible if you have anyone who has trouble navigating steps. The true gem of the property is the saltwater pool and spa. The backyard is an oasis, we spent a lot of time there, swimming, playing, chatting and enjoying time outdoors. The reservation and check in process was very easy and our hosts were just a phone call away if we needed anything at all. We recommend this property wholeheartedly!
