Major disappointment was that both of the Jacuzzi did not work. Over all location was great, minus the mountain steps you have to go up. Over all expericen was great and would stay there again. I heard every step from above and next neighbor, i could hear what they speaking, the walls were like paper. It was quite noisy (noisy neighbors). There were beetles in my room that bit, i found also some 2 insects crawling under bed not sure what it was. Breakfast was fine. Super unhappy learning that if i want to pay by credit cars, they add 5%to my bill- this should have been communicated and written. The gentleman at check out was very pleasant. I would pick different hotel next time."
