"Pros: La casa tiene una ubicación inmejorable Cons: La atención por parte del anfitrión fue pésima desde el primer momento. Tardó 6 días en contestar a los correos y WhatsApp q le enviamos para saber el proceso de check in, y tampoco nos cogió el teléfono hasta que llamamos a Holidu para quejarnos y al día siguiente escribió. La puerta principal de la casa está hinchada del agua que cae desde la azotea cuando llueve y no cierra ni abre, se forma un charco en el baño cada vez que te duchas...

"We had a great holiday at this villa. The pool area is one of the best that we area. Lovely pool, that was at a very comfortable temperature. We will be going back.I should also say that the hosting company were excellent. We had a minor issue with the hob, and the hob was replaced with a brand new one within 12 hours. Really impressive service. Thank you"

The slow and un-syncronized elevators can really become annoying, The 17th floor is a missed opportunity for a nice place for drinks and music, instead it is like a cafeteria that has alcoholic drinks. The AC maintains the rooms very cold even in winter, that can be uncofortable for some people like me."

"Lovely clean hotel, staff friendly, lovely roof top pool area with bar, that does snacks, ask at reception for towel to use at pool. Great location main bus depo 8mins walk. Bus from Arrecife airport 10mins to depo. and €1.40\. Stayed half board, very happy with choice for food, food was good. LargeTV with access to netflix. Gym on roof top as well, didnt use. Open mall 25mins walk away."
