Great directions via a link from the owners. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Everything exactly as in the photos. The garden is lovely, peaceful and the owners were friendly and helpful. Parking in a covered area to keep the car cool. Only 15 minutes away from great beaches, small towns and supermarkets. La dueña es todo atencion, te explica todo de la zona, cualquier duda te la aclara y con las crias se ha portado de 10, todas las noches se las llevaba para dar de comer a las ovejas y ellas felices. Los apartamentos son amplios y estan al detalle, la cocina totalmente equipada. El jardin tiene piscina, columpios y algunos juguetes para los niños, tuvimos suerte y la pareja con la que lo compartimos tenian hijos de la edad y nos entendimos perfectamente . Una casa aislada y bien equipada en un entorno maravilloso a solo unos kilómetros de playas, pueblos pesqueros, núcleos urbanos, las Cuevas de Andina. Tan cerca de la montaña como del mar. El jardín precioso, con una barbacoa y piscina para pegarse un baño, y juguetes y columpios para los niños. Se puede dar un paseo cerca del pequeño río o ver las plantaciones de manzanos. El entorno es un lujo , aislado pero a su vez próximo a pueblos pesqueros con mucho encanto. La casa, dice mi hija, que una chulada, opinión que compartimos nosotros tambíen. Llevamos varios años haciendo turismo rural por diversas localidades de toda España y nunca nos habiamos encontrado un lugar donde el apartamento, el entorno y el trato de los propietarios haya estado a un nivel tan alto con en este maravilloso lugar. El apartamento es tal cual ( o mejor) aparece en las fotos, con todas las comodidades necesarias para descansar , decorado con buen gusto y muy funcional, con todo el mobiliario y electrodomésticos en perfecto estado. En cuanto al jardin es espectacular para pasar un día en familia , con mobiliario en perfecto estado, barbacoa, y una piscina ideal para los niños. El entorno es precioso y muy accesible, dando la impresión de estar en mitad de la montaña y estando solo a diez minutos de unas playas espectaculares. Y en cuanto al trato de los propietarios muy por encima de las espectativas. Se han preocupado por nuestra comodidad incluso por encima de sus obligaciones. Los apartamentos están perfectamente equipados y decorados para hacer la estancia cómoda y agradable, tal como muestran las fotos. El jardín es precioso, muy bien cuidado, con columpios y juguetes para los niños. El entorno es inmejorable dentro de un paraje natural, que invita a la relajación y al descanso. Cerca puedes visitar lugares bonitos ( playas, pueblos pesqueros, ríos, cascadas, ... ). Es un lugar para recomendar y para repetir. Llevamos toda la vida veraneando en Asturias, Y los últimos 6 años en casa rurales y puedo asegurar que esta es una de las mejores. Los dos apartamentos son fantásticos, preciosos, espaciosos y muy muy confortables. El jardín invita a quedarse todo el día, la piscina para los peques, los columpios... éramos dos familias amigas con 6 niños en total y lo hemos pasado de lujo. Mis hijos (3 y 7 años) todavía me preguntan por Brass y Charly, el perro y el gato. La casa está retirada de todo, lo que buscábamos para desconectar y descansar, no oír nada más que los pájaros y las vacas... Pero en 10 minutos estabas en la playa. Lo mejor, que todo esto se acompaña de una familia súper acogedora, cariñosa, con los abuelos explicándonos cada planta y cada vegetal del huerto (hermoso huerto, de los de vedad!) En fin, mil gracias Maricruz, lo pasamos tan bien que los peques no quieren ir a otra el verano que viene. Ni los mayores. Un beso y que os vaya genial en este proyecto. Antes de nada agradecer a Mari Cruz y Jose Luis, junto con los abuelitos, por esta estancia tan agradable. Nos hemos ido con el concepto de sencillez, hospitalidad y grandeza de los asturianos, personas realmente admirables. Con lo que a la casa respecta, los jardines están meticulosamente cuidados, tranquilo e íntimo, escenario ideal para disfrutar de un mojito relajadamente mientras te refrescas en la piscina o preparas una buena barbacoa puesto que ¡¡el panorama visial es espectacular!!. El interior de la casa, tal y como reflejan las fotos, está cuidada al mínimo detalle, combina una decoración rústica y moderna a la vez, confortable, armoniosa, dispone de todas las comodidades y la limpieza y presentación me atrevo a decir que inmejorables. La casa se encuentra en un precioso valle, en el que se pueden observar caballos y vacas en su habitat más natural o escuchar el caudal de un precioso río, alejada de ruido y contaminación, y sin embargo, a apenas 10 minutos dispone de excelentes playas y bonitos pueblos pesqueros. Nuestras calificaciones de excelente en todos los aspectos de nuestra estancia no son exageradas, se quedan cortas. Ha sido un placer conocerlos, y toda una lección de motivación. Nos vamos encantados, muy recomendable para familias con "guajes/nenus" o para parejas. El entono maravilloso, tranquilo, mucha naturaleza y cerca de la costa. No lo dudeis... pero no vengais menos de seis dias, falta tiempo para disfrutar de todo.
