"The place is clean and has a nice shower. The breakfast is continental but was the same each day. Could mix it up a bit for people who stay longer than a couple days. There is no housekeeping until you check out if you have a longer stay. The staff are all very helpful at the front desk. "

"Poor staff attitudes, Far from welcomjng and not keen at all on helping, we found reception and also breakfast staff rather unhelpful. We had free drinks per day with our booking yet was not told about them when checked in. When we queried it they were very evasive like it was a problem. We got them but it wasnt a welcoming experience. Had dinner at the hotel one night, average and again not the best service. For the quality and price of the hotel I would have expected far kinder and nicer service from the staff. Disappointing "

"The location was great and the vibe was mountain chic, with comfy common areas and even heated floors in our room. We were only there for one night, so can’t really say much more. It’s a very tourist/trekker friendly town, so prices are higher and this hostel followed suit. For a short stay, it was lovely but pricey."

"It’s definitely one of the three nicest hotels in town. The hidden gem is the restaurant. On a street littered with same-same backpacker joints, this restaurant has a real chef and grows its own vegetables. Because it’s not on the main drag it’s easy to walk into even when other places have a wait. In my experience it’s the best in town. "
