HOP Praia is a modern and bright beach house located in the second row, just steps from the sand. Its contemporary design and open layout make it the perfect place to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. The house features a beautiful pool, lagoon views, and is fully equipped for an unforgettable stay.  
  
The Space:  
  
Set on a 500 m² lot and distributed over two floors, the house offers 5 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for all guests. In addition to a private pool, it features social areas perfect for gathering, cooking, or unwinding after a day at the beach.  
  
Guest Access:  
  
Guests have full access to the entire house, including a private pool, fully equipped kitchen, terrace, BBQ area, and free private parking. You’ll also enjoy access to the community’s shared areas and a short walk to the beach.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
  
Located in the exclusive Playa del Carmen gated community, the house features 24/7 security, access to natural lagoons, a clubhouse with a pool, sports courts, and nature-filled walking paths. Its second-row location offers tranquility, lagoon views, and direct proximity to the sea.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
The gated community is located at kilometer 204 of the Panamericana Sur highway, just 2 hours from Lima. At the entrance, there’s a PRIMAX gas station with a restaurant and minimarket. From here, you can easily visit Chincha (25 min), Paracas (30 min), Pisco (15 min), and Ica (1 h).  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay.  
  
The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies.  
  
Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car.  
  
Parties and loud music are not allowed in accordance with condominium rules.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
  
The house offers self check-in. Upon arrival, a housekeeper will greet you and provide all necessary instructions. During your stay, a host will be available via WhatsApp. Our maintenance team is available daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can also hire cleaning staff or a private chef for an additional cost.
