Wonderful entertaining space!
I love that the home is not so close to other homes that there would no issue with noise complaints with us playing music. I loved the extra parking for our cars and our guests. The pool is awesome and its actually in front of the house so that its easy for people to find you. There's plenty of space to set up multiple tables and chairs outside.. the only thing is considering getting canopies because it gets really hot in that part of the county and no one can really sit in the sun for that long. However, the garage space was perfect with the gaming table and couches and extra TV. We just couldn't use the big open area behind the pool until the sun started to go down. Theres a backyard too with grass. We didnt really use that part of the house but it could have been used. There were ants and insects that would pop up but I'm sure its just because where the home is located.. there were even squirrels running around but that was fine. We had ran out of plastic plates from the food we had catered, but there were plenty of additional plates. The dishwasher wasn't working so I had to handwash what we used. Theres extra cups and utensils also but we didn't really need to use that. The decor of the house is kinda old school... but the lay out of the house and the dining space was all really good for me. We got a lot of compliments from our guests on the overall property. The host was so responsive every time I texted. We would definitely come back!

A Lot of Potential!
I know this is a new listing and I took a gamble with there being no reviews when I booked. We came as a group of 6 for our annual "sister's weekend" (yes, I have 4 sisters and a mom). The sisters are all in their 40s. Pros: Clean, lots of space/rooms, nice kitchen, air conditioning was amazing, all the channels (Netflix, etc.), a few minutes from Sycuan, which we ate at both nights we were there, tons of parking. Cons: Jacuzzi was not working at all, which was a huge bummer for me and my sisters. The pool was not clean, an algae film was on the walls. There were no instructions on how to work the fire pit and rather than set the house on fire I just gave up and we were unable to use it. There are only 2 loungers at the pool and no cushions (the picture showed 4). No pool towels available. There is a floodlight in the back of the house that makes the two back bedrooms incredibly bright all night long (better curtains needed to block it). No blender. This property has a ton of potential to be a great VRBO listing. I requested a partial refund and was granted it (less than what I asked for though) immediately, which I appreciated. I wish the best of luck for the future of this property!

Good potential
This was a hard experience for us with mixed emotions. I knew it was a new listing so it was a risk to stay with limited reviews. The home is dated which isn’t a problem. The host could spend more time setting the house up for guests using the kitchen and cleaning. We had furniture fall apart, a towel bar fall off the wall, and all the kitchen items were poorly organized, often dirty so we had to rewash everything before we used it. There was a ton of glassware and items for use, items just all piled in and not organized. The dishwasher was not functional, it wasn’t strapped in and would fall forward if you loaded it. Also this would cause it to unlatch so the wash cycle would stop. I was uncomfortable and reported out issues to VRBO to ensure we would not be responsible for problems in the home. I wanted to find somewhere else to stay but was stuck since last minute changes are so expensive or unavailable. The host replied they would refund but nothing has been seen so I have to follow up. There is a caretaker on the property that use the outside bathroom. I didn’t remember seeing this on the listing. They were quiet and did not disturb us but it was odd to see others moving around if you’re not expecting it. The pool is beautiful. Unfortunately the spa did not work during our stay since it needed service, so that was disappointing. We brought pool floats and toys/ outdoor games with us. The game room/garage is nice, the beverage fridge was not for guests.
